The theme of this story seems relevant to the real-life events, and the portrayal of the protagonist who endures three divorces and falls in love with a woman sounds amazing.

I'm starting to wonder if the problem in these marriages was Pete or his wifes. From this revire I think Pete will be involved with seirah. Congratulations to book of the day!

I think divorce is a topic that many people do not want to talk about, but the way that the author tells the story of not one but three divorces is a unique way of getting people to think about it.

I like diverse characters and stories where the romance is based on non-sexual interactions. This story sounds like a sweet love story with emotional complexity and well-developed characters. Thank you for the helpful review.

3 divorces are not an easy one. I'm glad Pete allowed himself to find love again but he's careful this time which is the wise thing to do. I hope this one will last. Congrats on the BOTD.

Pete seems to suck in the love department, hopefully, this new woman he meets will be his forever. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

Relationships can be harzadous and can make one overly cautious just as Pete is with Seirah in the book. I really don't go for romance novels though this one seems to have quite an interesting plot. A well rounded review all the same.

After going through three divorces that had great impact in his life, Pete had his endurance limits tested. Pete knew he needed to handle things differently when he met Seirah at a party. The all too familiar feeling of falling in love was upon him. How does the relationship pan out? Read on to find out. Thank you for the great review.

"Lonliness in the Pocket" is a story about a guy named Pete who has had a terrible history in the love department with three marriages ending in divorce. Financial devestationn came with divorce number one, he lost his house and a dog in the second divorce and his third divorce nearly destroyed him. He definitely felt he had reached his endurance limit in the love and marriage sector. Then his mum called one day to invite him to a family party and at this party he meets a woman named Seirah and soon he starts falling for her. The book meanders through conversations from both Pete and Seirah's ends of the telephone. It is a slow moving love story one has to hope that Pete has finally found the love of his life. One has to wonder why Seirah would be interested in a three time divorcee. One needs to read the book to find out if Pete and Seirah have a happy ending. Good review.`

A rather unusual romance novel, I'm intrigued to find out what has gone wrong with Pete's relationships and if the same will happen with Seirah. Despite the plot stumbles, I think I may give this book a chance. Thank you for this honest review.

Pete definitely has bad luck in the romance department as he managed to get divorced three times. I am glad he is being cautious as he pursues a relationship with Seirah. This book sounds interesting so congratulations on BOTD.

Quite the title we've got here! My first impression of the book was a guide to financial freedom or how to survive bankruptcy. It is a welcomed surprise to discover that it is all romance and whatnot. Once beaten twice shy. I wonder how Pete deals with his love-shyness considering he has been beaten thrice! Congrats on the BOTD.

This is quite a calming and refreshing book. I am a lover of romance novels and it was interesting to see that with his experience, one would learn to understand the meaning of love before embarking on it.
