For the question- can a man love two women? I would say 'yes'. We all love so many family members at the same time. Only the ways of love are different.
Feeling upset sometimes may be unavoidable, but acting distressed is always optional.

:) The tittle of the book was the first thing that caught my attention and I’m amazed with this story and it makes me want to know what’s in that letter
