Romance scenes you wish to change

Post by VAwkOb12 »

Was there ever a time you wanted to change a scene in a romance/erotic novel because it made you feel a little weird ?

If so then which scene was it and from which novel?

Yes! I can't remember the exact title now, but, wow, the sex scenes were like a transcription of a porn video... bad acting and too much dirty talking included. The story was quite OK, but then these scenes happened... OK, so I looked it up - it was "Spin" by C.D. Reiss.

Yeah, a lot of books make me want to do that, too many to name really. I just wish they would read better as sex scenes.

Yes, that happens many times. Especially when the sex scenes seem very mechanical.

Not because it made me feel weird, but can we please change the ending of Romeo and Juliet? Lol I just keep hoping she's going to wake up before he finishes his monologue hahaha

And also, I would like to remove EVERY single reference to the "inner goddess" in 50 shades.

Yes, like when a novel talks of a threesome where the guy is okay sharing his wife with another.
