Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

You didn't say what format you chose. Anyway, once chosen, the format can't be changed. It says so on your Guidelines tab. You can try to convert the file via the free Calibre App. If you can't, you will have to quit the book via your Update tab.

In that case, nothing further you can do except reporting this via your Update tab.

Thank you for the advice what worked for me was going to the downloads folder in my phone then moving the mobi book to the kindle folder. I did not have to create any new folder.

I successfully followed this instruction.

The reply was “Success! Your Kindle App is on the way.”

As it is an Amazon App, you should contact them about it.

In that case, you should report it or quit the book via your Update tab.

You didn't say what format you chose.

You need the Apps to read the ebooks. If the tips above don't help, nothing you can do except quit the book via your Update tab.

In that case, you will need to quit the book via your Update tab. We can't help with the App.

4. I have downloaded File manager. Saved the download to main storage downloads. I have also downloaded OBC reader. Nothing works
