The author covers a lot of themes in the novel. But I think the major point which should be a takeaway for everyone is the contrast between ideologies of change in the academic setting and in the real world. I think Wild World perfectly explored this theme which is something that is less focused on by people who encourage young persons in college to become activists of any sort. This is clearly shown in how Officer Durk from New York interacts with Steve. He inspires him initially, painting a possibly heroic journey to him. But when Steve steps into the real world of police work, he realizes that a lot of factors come into play which he was never aware of whilst he was in the bubble of Brown University rooting for change. I'm glad that by the end of the novel, Steve's character had developed enough to realise this anytime he walked on the university campus and saw Roxy and her friends.

Wild World has a WI(L)DE variety of different themes. The main that caught my attention were war, love, women's right, and betrayal.

I agree with the themes of women's rights, I felt heather, Suzi, Liz and Roxy were feminists, which explains why Roxy put her career before the idea of marriage to Steve, I loved that independent stance. I also noticed a theme of mental health issues pertaining to Steve's father and Roxy's mother. And the obvious ones were police brutality, racism, sexism, corruption etc

Police brutality was a conspicuous theme in the book. However, overarching this was the triumph of courage and love, which was the author’s intended message.

There are quite a number of themes in this book. However, I fell the major theme in here is police brutality amidst other themes like war, love, and family.

Wild World has various themes, but my favorite among them all is, just like you mentioned, women's rights. As a woman, the issues regarding women's rights mentioned in the book have a big impact on me.

Very important and sensitive topics were highlighted in the book, both independently and under the influence of the war. I spotlighted women's rights, war-fueled violence against different groups, and racism.

There are a lot of themes portrayed in Wild World by Peter S. Rush, some of which are themes of war, betrayal, corruption, love and so on. Some of which were relatable.

I think I noticed certain dominant themes like police brutality, war, love, racism. Then there were others like betrayal and activism.

Amongst all other themes, I think police brutality stood out the most. It is a common societal issue and I'm glad it was discussed.

I was particularly impressed by the themes of leadership and integrity. If only we knew how much difference leadership with integrity would make.
