4. I selected The Biblical Clock as a free book, but on Amazon it showed as not free.
5. I did not click or try to download because I did not want to be charged.
Help, please, this is just my fourth book, but I have not had issues before now.
You need to join the Kindle Unlimited program to get the book, and only USA citizens can join it. if you can't join it, you need to quit the book.
I am a member of the Kindle Unlimited program.

You should try to convert the file to mobi via the free Calibre App. If it doesn't work, you will have to quit the book.
Installed calibre and was finally able to open book. Thank you so much.

Please try to download Free Nook App and check the book then.

Kindle only reads Mobi. Have you tried to convert the file via the free Calibre App?

If you did all of the above and failed, you need to submit an error report about it via your Update tab.

It may be due to your location.

The book can't be opened on Calibre. Calibre just converts the files. You need an App to read it. Please answer all the questions of the first post to get more help.

The file I intended downloading is in kindle format
I am using an android phone
No I have not used kindle on the phone before
I followed the “get ebook“ link to Amazon, but I couldn't see a download button.
I had earlier chosen "a hard option" when choosing to review "winning against cancer" by Sylvie mistakenly.
Please how do I get an ebook instead?

Once chosen, the format can't be changed, so you need to quit the book via your Update tab.
