Re: Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)
2) Android mobile phone
3) No
4) file manager> phone storage> browser> download> A-Kingdom-Forgotten> wps office.
5) The file opens up. But the text in the file is cryptic and unintelligible.
6) No. The file opens up.
I don't want to read and review books anymore. I want to keep my account though. I can give my thoughts to the reviews.

You need an App to read it, as explained in the first post. You can quit the book via your Update tab.VB_0056 wrote: ↑15 Oct 2019, 11:25 1) epub

6. No error message. It downloads, but when I open it, it's just the flier for the book with the cover and bookclub's review. Only 1 page. I don't think it's a device problem.
Thanks for your help. I really don't want to get dinged for my first review.

I had the same problem with that book a couple of months ago, so I can say that it's the wrong file. As gali suggested, report it to close your application to review that book.AHand1986 wrote: ↑20 Oct 2019, 20:37 Hi, first go at this.

If the deadline to submit your review hasn't already pass, you can still report the error as a status update.

You should report it via your Update tab.Karyll wrote: ↑23 Oct 2019, 08:51 Having trouble downloading a straightforward pdf, which I have downloaded before both on Online books and from other sources in the recent past. I am trying to download onto my laptop. I normally just double click on the pdf. In this case I have saved the pdf and it still will not open. Yes I have read top tips and tried to download Nook app (not that I need it for this book) and it tells me Nook is not compatible with my laptop device. Now the PDF download is just whirling round at the bottom of my screen so I cannot even go to my files to open it up as it says - trying to open in another app on this device.

Yes, it had passed. It was my first go and I blew it. Oh boy. I'll try again with another book.NetMassimo wrote: ↑23 Oct 2019, 01:51If the deadline to submit your review hasn't already pass, you can still report the error as a status update.

That's good then Is it possible to get the same book to read and review? (it's my first) or should I keep waiting for other books?gali wrote: ↑23 Oct 2019, 13:03You should have reported it via the Update tab, so you did well.Abeerdxx wrote: ↑23 Oct 2019, 12:00 1. PDF

You will have to wait for the answer to your report. If you are removed from the review of the book, you can pick another.Abeerdxx wrote: ↑23 Oct 2019, 14:03That's good then Is it possible to get the same book to read and review?
