Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

You should check your account on Amazon, so see if the book is there. If it is, you should move it to your device.
If it isn't, you should submit an error report about it via your Update tab.

3. Have you ever successfully opened a file in that format on that device before? -- NO

4. N/A

5. File never showed up on my device.

6. Error message on audible website says: "Sorry we can't process your request right now. Please try again later or contact Customer Care" I can't find contact info for them at the moment.

7. Those tips didn't seem to help me.

Go to your Review Team Page and report it via your Update tab.

Have you picked and downloaded the book from your Review Team Page?


You need to convert the file to mobi to read it on kindle. You can use the free Calibre App for that.

The book Geraldine by Edmund Aristone says it's a free book in Kindle unlimited but when I click on the link it is trying to charge me $3.99 and my subscription is paid and up to date so that's not it. It won't let me search to PDF version or select another book. I'm not paying for a book that should be free. What do I do to get the free download like I'm supposed to?

You can't see it on your Kindle app, as it isn't the correct format. You can't read pdf on kindle. You need to download it to your PC, convert it to Mobi via the free Calibre App, and then move it to your device.

You can't read PDF on the kindle app anyway.
