In that case, you need to quit the book via your Update tab. You should make sure to pick only formats you are able to get.

4. I just clicked on the link „ Click here to download the book now.“ Then I get an error : “ Error! If you continue to experience problems, please contact Scott.”
5. When I want to start downloading a book, an error appears.
6. Yes. “Error! If you continue to experience problems, please contact Scott.”
7. Yes. eReader Prestigio (but I can not download the book at all)
I need to update the status of my review, but I I do not know what to do because I can't cancel a review or choose another book format.

Thank you in advance.

Have you tried to convert the book to Pdf or mobi?

You can either submit an error report or quit the book via your Update tab.

Have you tried to download it on your PC first?

For some reason I got a $2.00 charge for the book I am reading for review. I canceled the order and now need to re-download the review version. Any suggestions?

I downloaded an epub version to my iPad using iBooks. I tried to open it in iBooks on my desktop, and it is not in the library. My books are backed up to the cloud, but I no longer have my iPad, and it is not among the books in my library on the iMac desktop computer. I downloaded Calibre, and opened it, and it opened iBooks. Still, all of the books except the one I was reviewing are in iBooks, including the new Calibre manual.

I am not sure if I can return it, if I cannot open it! I would like to finish it and review. Any suggestions?

If you need another copy, you should ask for one via your Update tab. This time download and save it on your PC before moving it to your device. If it doesn't work, you should quit the book via your Update tab.

1. In what file format is the ebook (e.g. epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)? I DON'T KNOW

2. What device are using to try to open it? KINDLE FOR ANDROID

3. Have you ever successfully opened a file in that format on that device before? DON'T KNOW FILE SOURCE OF BOOK SO DON'T KNOW IF I'VE OPENED THIS TYPE ON MY ANDROID USING KINDLE

4. If your answer to question 3 is "yes", please describe the steps you usually take to successfully open a file in that format on your device. If your answer to question 3 is "no" then please describe what steps you did try to open the file. WHEN I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD IT TAKES ME TO THE REPORT AN ERROR PAGE

5. When following the usual process you use to open that kind of file on your device, or the "Top Tips" listed at the beginning of this post, at what step does it uniquely go wrong with this file? In other words, on which step, of the steps you listed as your response to question #4, do you run into trouble with this file but not other files of the same file type? DON'T KNOW, NEVER GOT BOOK

6. Do you get an error message? If so, what is the exact wording of the error message? I TRIED TO REDOWNLOAD BUT IT ONLY TAKES ME TO THE SELECT AN UPDATE WEBPAGE

7. Did you read and try the "Top Tips" listed at the beginning of this post? If not, please do that before replying. Please name which apps your tried from the suggested apps. TRYING THEM DIDN'T GET ME THE FILE.
