I have all different gadgets to read books like kindle, e-reader, I pad etc. but I prefer physical books on top of everything. One thing is it gives me a feeling of actually reading and progressing the read as I flip through the pages and also It is easy to highlight the things and also sick a tag to identify quickly my highlights.

Because my wife said, "It's either the books go, or I go!"

So, I made the best choice for me. I often wonder what she is doing now...

ebooks are convenient in that you can read them on the go and read them anywhere. however, there is that satisfaction in building a home library

I mostly read on my Kindle and it has been working quite well for me till now but I also love physical copies of books. I would love to collect more books and make a small library of my own.

We don’t have to choose one because we can both have them after all. Ereaders are indeed the most viable option of today, but this doesn't constitute that we have to stop resorting to our old norms of reading. Paperbacks still have a lot to offer that we cannot see in ereaders.

I don't understand why it is either or. Like yes people might prefer might prefer the digitalized version or people might like the paperback. But to be honest we can live we both. Just because you like one doesn't mean we have to eradicate the other.
