Aloha,

Mostly yes. Only with cherished authors I do not. Those authors I will read whatever book they wrote.

Blessings ?

No, I don't feel the need to get the E-book sample.

No. I usually prefer to read reviews rather than get a sample. I like seeing what other people say it shows me more than a small peak into the book

I don't usually get the samples as most books I'm considering buying I do my research on and read the reviews on it ahead of time :)

I usually don't! Not sure why, but I just base everything off of the summary and other reviews.
I'm also the type of person who likes to finish a book even if I hate everything about it, so at the end of the day, I feel like just reading a sample wouldn't give me enough closure.

I do get samples but I don't really find it too helpful...

I have done it once or twice, but find that I will read pretty much anything once I start so now I just purchase the complete book

It makes it so much simpler to make decisions. Usually when you buy in bookstores, you read just a little bit and see if you like the writing style. I love how they brought that to ebooks as well

I have a few times. Most of the time I can tell if it is going to be a good read and don't need to read the sample.

Sampling books before buying them is a great way to discern if that particular book may interest you. I can't say I sample all of the books before buying them, but I can say that I do read the samples most of the time before considering to buy it. If the first book is free then I buy it and read it. I either love it and read it to the end or can't continue reading.

I always by the sample unless I'm buying a book by an author I really love. I think it's so helpful to be able to read a chapter or two to really decide if it's something you want to continue reading. After reading the sample I usually buy the ebook because I don't want to stop reading!

Sneak peeks are the best for getting a sense of the story and the author's style of writing. But the book summary and posted reviews are the fastest way to capture a reader's interest.

Only if it's something totally new and different. If it's an author I've read before, I just buy it out right. I think that Amazon will let you return them if you read a few pages in and don't like it, though.

Always! What a great way to decide if you actually want to read the book.

I agree, I like to read the sample to see if I will like the book or not.
