I'll check it out! Our library uses a site called Hoopla or OverDrive (I don't remember which it is) where you can check out the books just like if you went to the library. You need to have a library card but don't need to visit the physical library. Great for people like me who's library is an hour away.

If you have a library card, you can use the Overdrive app. I borrow tons of books through there. And I actually didn't have a local library card, but one of the big city public libraries in my state has "online cards." Basically they provide a library card number to you that works only to check out online content. It's great.

That's cool, I'll try it out when I'll have time to read more books :)

Kindle has a lending library and so do most public libraries. There are so many options out there for checking out good books. I always buy paper copies of those I love so that I can further support the authors.

This sounds like a great option! I have a ton of books on my Kindle that I could lend out and get some in return. Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the heads-up. I also use Overdrive to borrow ebooks online from multiple libraries where I have cards.

I am happy that this exists. I did not know. Thanks for making it known. I will possibly try it soonest possible. Sometimes it is good to borrow a book than to buy it.
