The significance of a map is to give direction but for the book, it helps the reader to understand the book from the onset and also helps the reader to locate the desired page

The maps at the beginning of the novel is a tool to help the reader create an accurate mental picture of the geographical setting of the novel. I
am glad Sheldon created the maps.

The map is very important. It is a technique employed by the author in order to effectively create a vivid image of the physical environment in which the story occurs in the mind of the reader.

The maps certainly give a geographical setting and helps the reader visualize the landscape mentioned in the story. The setting is a pivotal aspect of the book. But more than that, I personally believe that it adds almost authenticity to the storyline and creates a more immersive affect while reading the book.

I think maps exist to give us a sense of where we are geographically, to assist you find yourself in some places, and to give us a mental image. Maps are nice to have in my books.

Maps are very important to the reader because they can always refer to them whenever a location is mentioned. It is also a plus for the author as the story looks credible.

I think that the maps are used by the author to help us understand his message better. Remember that our story is fictitious in nature. Therefore, I think that he is letting us into the mind and heart of his story.

The map's importance lies in helping readers understand the locations and locations discussed in the book. Although I'm not very good with maps, the author did an excellent job of including a map at the start of the novel to help readers comprehend the location of the book.

I feel the map there is to help get a geographical setting. It was important and made the book more informative.
