I feel like because they told you in the very next chapter who was responsible that I didn't really have time to contemplate it at all. It makes sense within the story that it was an act of terrorism and I didn't really question that.

Well, it turns out that you were right. I agree that, realistically, only terrorists would go such lengths to destroy infrastructure and cause public agony.

It was obvious, but I think it did make some have trouble guessing. However, it was revealed too soon which did not make it a big deal. I would have preferred it otherwise.

I didn't bother to guess the source of the explosion. It was quite early in the reading and I know the source will be revealed soon. However, I was curious to know how it occurred and why.

In all honesty, I didn't even think to guess about anything. I sort of got swept up in the story and surrendered to it. Sometimes its nice to just be surprised.

The theme of the story mirrors the events of September 11, it wouldn't be out of place to expect that the explosion was caused by terrorists.

I never really thought about it until after I finished reading the book. After reading the entire book and thinking about it, I can almost see John being involved so he could be the one to rebuild the Zenith building. I know that is not the case because it is discovered that it was terrorists.

My guess was the same as that of the authorities. I totally believed that the explosion was as a result of terrorist activities.

First of all, explosions of any kind would largely and quickly be linked to terrorist groups, especially if it causes severe damages.
The explosion that brought down the Zenith building did play with my mind off and on and to get to the root cause of the explosion is just satisfying enough after many other guesses.

I just thought a technical issue wouldn't be that interesting, so there must be a more grand one.

The title of the book is "The Freedom Building." As soon as they hinted at the possibility of a terrorist attack, there was no question that was the cause.

At the beginning, I don't this the cause of the explosion was a big priority for me as I was too engrossed to see where the actual story was heading to. When things then started taking on politics and other constitutional rights, then I correctly guessed that terrorists had to be involved somewhere.

I followed the flow basically, although I did think the most likely cause was a terrorist attack as the book went on. I didn't jump into conclusions though because the author could mislead me, so I did wait till the unveiling of that aspect of the plot before drawing conclusions.

I really did not think it was done by terrorists. Well, I did not have to wait long to it find out. It was revealed in the second chapter who did the crime. I did not actually get to ponder over it, the story did not allow me.

The explosion in the beginning of the book was established to be an act of terrorism. It didn't require much to guess. As I went on to read, I realized it's more about the aftermath of the destruction rather than the culprit behind it.
