Wow, what a heavy story, but it sounds very inspirational as well. I'm not sure I could handle the subject matter to be honest, but I think this would be a wonderful memoir for someone struggling through the same situation to read.

For better or worse, I believe many people could relate to and, possibly, learn from this harrowing story. I enjoyed reading your review and will be keeping this book in mind for a future reading opportunity.

What happened to this young girl is heartbreaking. I am so glad that she was able to overcome her past. This should be an inspiring story for those in similar circumstances. Thanks for a great review!

This book deals with more than its fair share of serious issues. So, I'm sure it will be an emotional read. I'll definitely read it and thanks for the great review. It's so hard to write a review on these sort of books and you did great justice to it. Kudos!
