I don’t suffer from chronic anxiety but it seems the knowledge of diffusing such panic attacks as experienced by the author comes in handy. I think this is one of the most practical self help books I’ve come across.

Definitely giving it a read. Thank you for a well written review!

This sounds like an interesting self-help book. I am a long-time sufferer of anxiety, and I have a granddaughter who has debilitating anxiety attacks! I am curious to know how the author manages his anxiety. Thanks for an excellent review!

This is an interesting self-help book highlighting how to tame and triumph over your weakness, learning how to cope with stress and anxiety. The book is temporarily free on Amazon Kindle and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @donwomblesr on the BOTD selection.

Wear was even terrified of gulping strong food sources inspired by a paranoid fear of stifling to death." This just helped me that I'm frightened to remember utilizing safety belts since I likewise feel it will gag me. This book is really something we as a whole need to peruse since we experience pressure and uneasiness in for sure.
