I'm not a big fan of self-help books. I think I'll pass this one, even though it seems to have been wonderfully written.
Thank you for the insightful review.

I have read this book already. But I rated it with 3/4 stars. The authors' style of narrating had me bored; I did not entirely understood their technique on enticing the readers. Maybe because they are used on delivering their words through speaking. Nonetheless, the content was remarkably written. It's a complete package; I understand we all have different problems and stories to tell but what's important is sharing yiur journey towards recovering. People will consider us as their support system when they feel we listen to their struggles.

The Secrets To Living A Fantastic Life... by Dr. Allen Lycka & Harriet Tinka seems like a great and motivating. Unfortunately, it's not my cup of tea and so I won't be reading it but I will recommend it. Congratulations to the author on the Boyd. Great review!
