Sometimes, it is hard to have faith when life treats us so terribly at times. I am so glad that despite the challenges that they had to face, the "Brady bunch" stayed positive and uplifting. They are an inspiration to many, and I wish them the best of luck!! :tiphat:

This seems like a really emotional read. Yes, I understand how powerful and inspiring it is but still I would need to be in the right state of mind to read this. What strength did this man possess? Imagine that. Your review did justice to this book. Beautiful.

Wow, this one sounds like it has it all. It’s so healing to write and get feelings out and to laugh over bygone days when someone passes on. This author seems to have taken his grief and found a very beautiful way to express it.

The faith, hope and love that Carmie has is quite interesting. The fact that despite everything she is going through, she still manages to stay positive and loving is inspiring.

I would like to read this book in total. I love reading of faith and miracles and this book contains both, at Charles and Carmie’s wedding and during her dangerous pregnancy and delivery. The review promises more to come.

This sounds like a great book for people who enjoy memoirs in this type of vein. I'm not sure if I would really appreciate it as I am not particularly religious and I find Christianity and the talk of miracles somewhat distasteful to my personal ideas. Nevertheless, I am sure that this will appeal to readers who enjoy this sort of story. Your review was comprehensive and insightful, and pleasant to read.

Pain and suffering are some of the sad realities which we have to face in life. To some point, they are inevitable. It is said that it 'takes strong and a positive mind to overcome and heal from pain and suffering. I love the book just from the cover page and the title not forgetting the insightful review. I love such books and would love to read it at some point.

I read the sample of the book by the author prior to reading your review. I must confess the book got me fired up to have faith and believe in the power of prayer. Love that the book encourages and gives hope to just about anyone seeking it. It makes you believe that you can overcome any challenges life throws. Truly I am interested in reading the whole book especially the fact that its a memoirs makes me all the more eager. Thanks for your review, enjoyed reading it as well.

I understand that author of this book 's intended it as inspiration, to motivate people, but personally to me subject matter is way too depressing. Especially in holiday season. No offense, but I will have to pass this book. Congrats on BOTD, all the same!
