"The Morning Mind" by Dr. Rob Carter III and Dr. Kirti Salwe Carter sounds like a book for different categories of minds. It is quite intriguing.

I've always been fascinated by how brain works. Actually, it's more important to me than getting up early, although the latter would definitely be an improvement. Added to my reading list.

As someone who hates mornings and lovs coffee, I think we had the same expectations of this book. I'm glad that it was more than that. I enjoyed reading your review!!

I enjoyed your thorough and detailed review of this book. I think it will be a book that will help give an interesting outlook to facing our difficulties of getting up in the mornings when all we want to do is stay in bed. Its interesting to think how powerful our brains can be. I look forward to reading this book. :D

Thank you for a tremendous review of a book that sounds truly fascinating! Neuroscience is an area I aspire to understand better, and it sounds like the authors do a nice job of explaining technical information in a way the lay person can more readily understand.

Such a great review! I am definitely on your side as far as being a ”morning person”. Lol I think this would be so helpful for me and others who find it hard to get going in the morning and find fulfillment in their lives. Congrats on BOTD!

I consider myself a morning person, but other parts of my life could use some mastery as well. Thanks for sharing.
