I am intrigued by your review! I am not a morning person as well and this seems interesting enough to read. I liked that you mentioned about the neuroscience being written for laymen. Thanks for your review!

This book seems to be both interesting and informative. A book that enables one to understand their brain functioning in order to enhance their productivity is a definite must-read. Thank you for this wonderful review!

"Wow" is the first thing that came into my mind as I read the enlightening review. I can see myself digesting this book in one sitting because I'm also a non early riser working tooth and nail to change that part of myself, if not for anything, so as not to lose my really nice job I just clinched. I'm fascinated that the book shares more concepts along the lines of the body and brain working hand in hand, and I just can't wait to fill in the blanks to ensure that mine are working in perfect synchrony. Thanks for this scintillating review; I'd be adding this book up with immediate alacrity.

Very thorough review that highlights all the important parts of the book and gives the reader a glimpse into the mind of the author. Well done!

I am definitely not a morning riser, although that doesn't keep me from having to get up early anyway. Maybe this book could help make it a little less torturous and help me stop procrastinating in other matters, a problem I'm having more and more often the more overwhelmed I'm feeling. It wouldn't hurt to give it a read. Thank you for the helpful review.

This book, The Morning Mind has opened my eyes and helped me to view things differently especially how I start my day. It was a revelation to learn that the brain is composed of three parts ie. the reptilian brain (the lizard), the mammalian brain (the limbic system) and the human brain (the wizard), and how each part impacts and affects our thoughts and actions throughout the day, and in the way we start our day. Good food for thought and a very interesting view of things.

Based on the review of the book I am unsure if it's something that I would enjoy reading. I am not a fan of reading self-help books. I think that I will pass on reading this book.

Nice review. I like the idea of the brain containing a Lizard area and a Wizard area - puts me in mind of a mighty warlock battling a huge dragon! Not sure what a dosha is, but I reckon I’d best read the book to find out...

Amazing review. This is definitely one of those books I feel excited to get into. Also, it's vital to back up your claims when you are dealing with a subject like neuroscience, and I'm glad to know that the authors do that here. Thank you for an enlightening review.

This book was 'book of the day' yesterday and I found the title interesting as well as intriguing. Reading your review now makes it more compelling for me to read Morning Minds. I need to find out whether it's my lizard or wizard that has the upper hand. I already added it to my shelf. Great review.

I am definitely one who struggles with balancing my lizard and wizard aspects, especially when it comes to sticking to schedules or moments when I have anxiety. I like books that use evidence to support how our brains function or why we react in ways we can't otherwise understand. This is definitely a book I need to read! It sounds fascinating.
