It will be good to learn through the book on how body and mind works together. And also about the different functions that different parts of the brain play. Thanks for the insightful review.

I've never been a morning person, but I realized its impact to your mood throughout the day. I added it to my to-read list.

Good to know that I'm not the only one who at sometimes struggle to wake up for some chores: especially after day time naps. And a few times the lizard part reigns over the wizard part that I end up doing nothing important on certain days. Thanks for the informative review.

It seems like the authors use some good strategies to make us understand what is best for our body and mind to work in harmony together. Who wouldn't love to be a Wizard in full control of his life? I'm glad the book is well-documented too. Thanks for a great review!

I have always been fascinated by the human brain and its functionality. Certainly, this book gives me the chance to expand my knowledge. Also, I found it amusing how the parts of the brain were described: Lizard, Wizard. Great review! Thank you!

The authors provide interesting terms in referencing a basic childlike and adult-like behaviors: lizard and wizard. Given that I'm also interested in how the brain works, I'll be giving this book a try. Thanks for the informative review!

This sounds like a very educational and interesting book. I like that you have extra experience in this topic to back it up. Iโ€™m not a morning person either. Iโ€™d much rather lay in my bed. However this seems like a really interesting book. Great review.
