I believe it was a wise decision to include a Try This section, and many people find it to be a really helpful tool as they read through the book. However, readers who do not practice religion might find it more difficult to put some of the advice into practice.

I found them helpful as the urged a reader to try out different activities instead of just reading the concept and not trying them out.

They were the most beneficial sections in the book for me. They were practical and helped me acquire the real skills the book wanted to deliver.

I think the book is good for both religion but I must say it is focused on one side so I don't have a day on this exercise.

I believe the addition of a Try This section was a brilliant idea, and many people will find it extremely useful as they work through the book. However, readers who are not religious may find some of the suggestions difficult to implement in their daily lives.

I think the try this section was impactful. It helped me remember some chapters because I got to do some practical exercises and show other people.

It instructs and changes the reader perspective on life. As they say action is better than words.

I found some of the chapters helpful although I was also disappointed with how the "Try this" section was structured. I didn't do all lessons but the ones I did was helpful.

This is the most fascinating section of the book since it lays out a precise course for the reader to take. The "try this section" had a wealth of information.

While I didn't agree wity everything written in this section, I agree with the idea. I find it innovative and captivating. The author uses this section to give guides on how to improve life on a day to day basis. It is educative and I learned a lot from it.

The "Try This" sections were helpful as not all of them were religiously related. Some of the exercises had to do with you writing something down and encouraging yourself. So the exercises were helpful in some way.

The try this section was very important and basically to effect the theories and proves that what the author is talking about is achievable.
