What do you think about the conversational writing style and the way that the book is presented?

I do think that the author's attitude and conversational writing style make the book easier for people to read. Because there is a wider range of options and, as you indicated, readers are not required to simply read the book from beginning to end, it will have a lot greater impact than other self-help books.

I think the conversational style makes it much more entangling and personal. I think it is a great way to do a self-help book because it is intimate and sounds like advice.
