Opinions on Lolita?

Post by SophieMayK »

Hello there!
I am currently under going an Illustration book cover project and have chosen the Classic Lolita by Vladimir Nabakov.

I am curious about people's opinions on the characters and how they perceived them. For example do you think Lolita is a victim or temptress? Do you feel Humbert is a pedophile or misunderstood? I'm aiming to show two sides to both Dolores and Humbert. Any opinions would be appreciate!
