I read this book within the last two years. I had never read it as a child, I liked more mysteries and sherlock holmes-types of books. But I was pleasantly surprised when I read it. I had no idea Lewis Carroll was a mathematician. I'm not sure if it was just me but I think this translated into the story. While reading it I could see the balance with the chaos of Alice's journey. I definitely enjoyed it!

I love his writing, but now that I no Lewis Carroll was a creepy guy I can't look at his work the same way.

Alice in wonderland is an amazing book! It takes you from reality and is a great stress reliever to get you outside of your comfort box! I believe everyone should read this if you’re into mystical things!

As a lucid dreamer since childhood, I can fully appreciate Alice in Wonderland in its bizarre descriptions of body morphology tied to symbolism. This book has always read like a fever dream on the brink of shattering, but the plot continues on-wards and crafts its own kind of story. This is also a good example of different social convention in the context of a whole different civilization vs Alice's and my reality. When you're growing up, sometimes its important to remember that there is no point to anything except the point it lends itself, and this book does it brilliantly.

I love this book. I read it when I was much younger and granted I thought it a difficult read at the time but looking back I can see that I was just young and unaccustomed to the writing style employed in classics.

Who could forget "Off worth their heads" This was a wonderful book.

I enjoyed every moment while reading this book. The imagery is gorgeous and inspiring. I have to admit, it has been a few years since I last read it. So, I am long overdue to re-read this beautiful book.

Definitely one of my all-time favorites. I love Through the Looking Glass as well. My niece just started reading it and was the Cheshire Cat for book day at school.

I loved Alice in Wonderland so much when I was younger. I can't remember if I read the simplified version or the original work but I had an absolute blast reading it and I've watched every film adaptation since.

I read Alice in Wonderland whilst at school. I really liked the rabbit and the Cheshire cat best. I never saw the point to Alice's time in Wonderland so I am not sure that I would 're read it again.

Maybe it's time to revisit this, but as a kid, I was not impressed. The very best part of the Alice stories, in my opinion, was Jabberwocky.

I believe Alice in Wonderland is an overrated book, but it has some positive attributes.
