Cozy mystery stories with romance in, especially if there are predictable bits, aren’t for me, sadly. The twist at the end sounds promising. Thanks for your review.

A review is so much better when the reader actually likes it. Its good to hear that you liked it. The plot seems very interesting. I will definitely read it.

I love how this is the first book in a series. how you start off by giving what some of the book is about made me want to go buy it right then and there. I just only read a few pages of it and I can't wait for my copy to get here that I bought plus how u made it sound so mysterious and it was a thriller made it even better. thank u for ur review

Excellent review. I like the premise of the book. It seems like it has a fairy tale concept of romance. However, as you mentioned, it can be a worthwhile escapism. It's good that the writing reflects a sense of humour. Thank you for the lovely review.

I love it especially Roxanne, she didn't allow the sudden breakup to discourage her, she moves on with her life,, a learnt a lot from her.

I like a good mystery and appreciate that the female lead isn't some damsel in distress, although I'm not 100% eager about the missing will of an unknown relative trope. Still, it sounds like it could be worth a read when I'm looking for something entertaining. Thank you for the helpful review.

Roxanne gets some excitement in her life when she becomes the sole beneficiary of her aunt's estate. Subsequent mysteries unravel, revealing family secrets that shock Roxanne. It's a plus that there's a murder or two sprinkled in the book.

This sounds like just my kind of read, mystery with a little bit of romance. I, too, get bored with unrealistic romantic sensitivities so soon within the encounter, but I'm willing to engage in such escapism just this once. Thanks for the review.

Cozy mystery and romance genre are perfect combination for me. The title alone is enough to get my attention.

A suspenseful mystery with a hint of romance involving family secrets, betrayal, and murder seems like an intriguing read. I also like the fact that the author's writing style is descriptive and reflects a sense of humor. This is peculiar as humor lightens the gruesomeness of murder scenes. Since I'm a fan of mystery stories, I'm adding this to my ‘want to read’ shelf, and I'm looking foward to reading it. Thank you for this wonderful review!

I enjoyed this book from the couple pages. It seems fast moving, easy to keep the characters and the plot straight. I can't wait to read this book in full. Good job!
