Thank you for sharing your review with us. I thoroughly enjoyed the sample pages and found myself breezing through them. The author’s prologue stirs up an emotional response in the reader and I felt invested in finding out what happens to Max.

If this review, and what I gleaned from the sample, are anything to go by, this novel is indeed fast paced and will be sure to hook you from start to finish.

Scerekor's review of The Expansion by Christoph Martin is almost a thriller in itself! Concise but carrying all the suspense of the novel, this review pushed my interest in the book several notches above where the sample had left me. It also prepared me for an anticlimatic end...
Well done! I am looking forward to reading The Expansion.

Thanks for the great review, but I am not a fan of thrillers or cliff hangers, but I have a couple of friends who would enjoy it.

Cliff hanger is a no for me, guess I might have to wait for the sequel even though I would like to read it based on how detailed your review is. Besides the well-told story, I also like the fact that there are no raunchy sex scenes.

I'm quite not interested in this book, however, after reading the comments, I can give it a try.

Thank you for a fantastic review. I loved the introduction. The Expansion is a thriller that gets you flipping to the next page with its captivating story. Corporate espionage, clandestine elements and great description are part of what the reader can expect. This book is already on my reading list.

I don't really do thrillers, and I'm not much for cliffhanger endings. Unfortunately, the plot line doesn't draw my interest either. Engineers working on an expansion of the Panama canal and the politics behind the scenes just isn't my cup of tea. I'll be skipping this one. Thanks for the review!

It sounds like The Expansion by Christoph Martin is a captivating thriller that entertains readers. This book falls under the C/T/M/H genre. The sample itself was intriguing and prompting me to read the whole book. This short-length novel fits even readers who travel or wait at the airport. Congrats to the author on BOTD!

A tale about the Panama Canal expansion project? I have not made up my mind whether reading this book is a deal or no deal for me.

The Expansion looks like it's a fast-paced international thriller. The elements of mystery and suspense seem promising. The reviewer also mentions that there isn't any explicit sexual content, which is a rare feature in the crime/thriller/mystery/horror genre. :techie-studyinggray:
