I suppose all these are elements of good crime and horror stories. I believe it is the ways in which the writer weaves the words that capture the imagination.

“there have been so many times
i have seen a man wanting to weep
but
instead
beat his heart until it was unconscious.

This sounds like a very interesting plot. Very well written review.
I'm always intrigued by a good crime story.

I read the entire series and fell in love with this author as well as all the characters! I may have cried a few happy and sad tears while reading these books. I love reading a book series where you feel part of the book and feel like you know the characters.

A powerful construct for a revenge case. I think I would like the book.

Thanks reviewer for the short and pointy review. I learn a lot about vengeance and offense from this review.

These books have a different storyline, one that I have not read before. I'm excited to read the first book and give it my review.

I'd read reviews for the first one and I must say, I can totally see this becoming a movie series. It seems to have all the right ingredients for it

Great job on the review! I haven't read a thriller in a really long time. I think I might pick this one up.

Callaghan plans a revenge on whoever is behind his lost identity. Sounds interesting.

Revenge is not an easy thing, and it usually ends up with numerous adverse effects. I'd love to know how the story ended. Good plot and storyline. Thanks for your honest review.
