The title alone caught my attention. A mixture of romance, crime, revenge with a little humour would be interesting for sure. Thanks for the amazing review

I very much appreciate your kind words of feedback, and the book title alone undoubtedly caught my attention too! I was pleased to discover that this author possesses the talent to layer so many themes and motivations seamlessly together. Hope others get the chance to read it too!

Wow! What a description of the book! It seems to have everything anyone would want in a book "vigilante justice, drug cartels, retribution, payback, and love at first sight." I will definitely have to add this to my list to read later. Thanks for the great review!

High octane tidbits of all sorts of rousing themes and qualities! These characters certainly had an unforgettable 48-hour span of time. Thanks for coming by to read and comment, my friend!

This seems a rich book with a lot going on. I really don't know 1970s Texas nor Mississippi, but I feel the author offers enough for me to understand those settings. Thank you for your great review!

This book is probably not for me due to the warning, but it definitely seems like an enjoyable book for the right audience. Thanks for the great review!

Well I admittedly wasn’t alive in the 70s to fully appreciate the relevant references of the time, but I was born and raised in Texas, so that part definitely hit home! Thanks so much for stopping by.

Definitely not for everyone, but I do so greatly appreciate your honest feedback! It’s a good one with a complex plot of criminality, but it does push the limits in places. Thank you!

You sure make the book sound interesting. The suspense seeps off your review and I think I would love to read it. I also like the bit of history in it too.

Greatly appreciate your comment and support! I did thoroughly enjoy this high-octane tale of retribution and retreat, and I hope you get the opportunity to experience the same.
