I'm intrigued by the premise, but the shifting POVs is a concern for me. Very engaging review, but I might pass on this one.

You don't find too many thrillers that have a Christian bent to them! I think I might enjoy this one. Thank you for the nice review - as always!

I understand, although it really doesn't interfere with the story. Thanks for stopping by and reading my review!

I like books that feature the theme of good vs. evil (e.g. Good Omens) but not if they are overtly religious. It doesn't really sound like this one is too pushy. I may give it a try. Great review, as always.

I do like thrillers and crime dramas, but not a fan of the supernatural. But, I appreciate a good review!

I am not Christian, but from the summary, I don't think that the setting with a Christian movement or the inclusion of heavenly spirits will take away the pleasure of reading. I like thrillers and crime novels, and am adding this to my 'to read' shelf.

I admire Andrew's protective side and his faith. I think I can connect with him, as he seems likable. However, the overall storyline seems not my thing with this kidnapping, and violence, so I'll pass. Nevertheless, congratulations to the author on BOTD!
