I agree! I would have loved to have seen the author weed out some of the Jenns! Thanks for taking the time to comment! :tiphat:

Sounds like a great idea that fell flat in execution. I'm glad at least the main characters were well done, but I too find it annoying when there are too many minor characters to keep straight. Great review!

Wow, well done for persevering through the issues! I'll skip this one also.

I like mysteries, but it sounds as though this book needs some work done on it before I would be interested in it. Thanks for a very thorough review!

I like how you put it: "the author sprinkled humor throughout the book." That is great, but that it's full of errors and issues with the plot is disappointing. Seems the book deserved that 2-star rating so it can be improved

Yes! I find a lot of characters often distract from the story. Thanks for stopping by! :tiphat:

I believe the author would have a winner if he addressed some of these issues. Thanks for stopping by!!

Thanks for stopping by and for taking the time to comment. I don't like giving low ratings, but this book needs a little more work.

This one sounds interesting, but the number of errors are a turn off, unfortunately. Thanks for the review nonetheless! (:

This sounds like a disappointing book, in spite of the well drawn characters and the dashes of humor. You certainly justified your rating. Thank you for a very informative and insightful review!

Ah, I get disproportionately put off by unnatural dialogue! This also seems like the kind of story that the author might have written after getting an idea for a few interesting characters, making the plot an afterthought. Ah, well!

Thanks for yet another articulate, wonderful review, sarahmarlowe! :D
