Yes, I think that the author is right. I, for example, if I commit a mistake or am wronged, I accept that I have wronged, present the solutions, and then, I choose one that is most suited.

taking responsibility can be through how you react to things, as you can't always control what happens to you, but you can control what you do. and from my personal experience, it makes a difference. for example, when you get in trouble you have two options, whining or trying out solutions. you can see what will have better impact on your life.

It narrows down to understanding your weaknesses, learning from your mistakes, and moving on when required. I'm always taking full responsibility for my actions. It's a sure way to stay out of trouble.

Well, it is right. By taking responsibility for one's life, he his/she can live in the present and be conscious of his/her environment, whereby distinguishing between what is needed and what isn't and how to deal with matters well.

I somewhat agree. We are responsible for our own happiness and well being. But sometimes we have so much trauma from our past that it is impossible to move on without any external help.

I very much agree with the author. I remember my past relationship where I have to be controlled and forced to please someone at the expense of my happiness. Taking responsibility of your life has to do with making positive decision, doing what makes you happy, being a boss of yourself. That alone can help you deal greatly with stress and anxiety.

It is right to take full responsibility of one's decisions. If an individual does not own up, it increases the chance of feeling anxiety or stress. I fully agree with your notion knowing that I've had an experience related to the matter

Thats the big truth. Most people suffering from anxiety do not have sole control over their life. Taking responsibility for every act is a key way to ease stress.

Yes we all need to take responsibility and relax. This is why vacations are very important. It is a personal decision to take a break or keep exerting force on the body by our daily activities until one dies. Food and relaxation are critical to optimize the functions of the body.

Taking full responsibility of your life and relaxing is an antidote to anxiety. I actually found this book a guide to my health as i do suffer from anxiety due to over thinking and unnecessary worry. I decided to stop anxiety by taking responsibility for my responses to life situations. Some good examples are the techniques such a breathing, yoga, meditation etc.
