One of the things that I find very interesting from this book is that it is very organized. However, I think we can have different things that appeal to us or help us relax. One of the things I find very soothing is cooking and preparing my food. Also organizing my days. I do this more often now in quarantine, to keep track of the days and not to fall into void periods.

I think it depends on the person but for me I find that video games are a great way to reduce stress.

Animal therapy helped me a lot in my own experience with anxiety. I found that taking care of another living thing helped me get out of my own head. Plus pets are extremely loving and unconditionally accepting. People who are not averse to pets should look into it.

I had a friend who had the habit of adding the numbers on license plates when stuck in traffic. From my side of the planet, the daily commute can really be a test on patience.

This is true, as for the animals, as long as they don't cause anxiety (animals which should naturally be in the wild), they can also be used to help withdrawn kids to socialize themselves. People also talk to them...

Yes I do relate to that. Spending time with your pet is certainly very relaxing and calms you.
I completely agree to that too! I feel most relaxed when I have my cat purring on my lap or at nighttime on the bed. It gives me the feeling that everything is safe and quiet. Also the contrary is true: when my cat is alert and patrolling the house, I find it difficult to fall asleep, as if something is bound to go wrong.

Yes, there are other ways of handling stress and anxiety aside from those mentioned in the book. Personally, watching action movies, or finding a space to scream loud. They both help me ease stress.

The book covers enough methods to guide a person who had no idea on how to deal with anxiety, or a person who feels lost. It cannot cover all anxiety-reducing methods, since people have personal ways of dealing with stress and anxiety.

Talking about your stressors to an audience that listens helps a lot.
Another method is writing down your thoughts. The process makes you introspect as you write, which calms down anxiety.

I love cats. I think they can be very comforting if you have anxiety or if you are facing any difficult moments.
