Plot seems very interesting but plot becomes less interesting when the characterization isn't very good.
Thanks a lot for the honest review ☺😊

I am a long-time fan of futuristic sci-fi and the premise of the book sounds very intriguing. I would definitely have a problem with the attitude of the males in the book toward women and would probably be internally calling them names the entire way through. In a way though, that just adds to the fun. You really aren't expected to like ALL the characters in a book. I may have to take a look at this one! Thanks for the review!

Wonderful review! It's a bummer that the characters weren't too developed. The world sounds interesting though. Probably wont read this one though, but you never know! :)

I get what you mean about not having to love all the characters. Even in real life, you don't have to like everyone you meet. I hope you enjoy the book if you ever decide to pick it up. :wink2: Thanks for commenting!

It takes a lot for me to pick up a futuristic book, and your description of the plot and characters- especially their unlikabilility- aren’t doing it for me. (Although the question you pose at the beginning of the review / that the novel is premised on is an interesting one!)

Thanks for your thoughtful and balanced review. :)

This sounds completely interesting, memorable, and fascinating. Thanks for writing this enthralling and very balanced review. Sad to see how the character development was not to the expected standard. I would like to read this soon.

The book's premise is definitely interesting. The storyline kept me reading until the end, despite the few issues I encountered. Thanks for your comments!
