Considering current trends in globalization and consumerism, the dystopian world described in this novel seems too plausible in near future. I would like to read what happens in this altered culture where the world as we know it has ceased to exist. Thanks for the review and particularly for the insights on the characters.

Why is human beign alwayas beign selfish? They are suppose to add to the economic, country but rather they just want what will benefit only them self.

Excellent review on this one. Sounds like a book I would like to read with real topics and a future that could possibly happen. Plus it's a reminiscent to 1984 by George Orwell.

This book is a great prophecy of the apocalypse. It emulates the events described in the Revelation chapter of the Bible. Great review.

Sounds cool. From reading your review I have to agree with you that it does sound like 1984. I remember reading that book my senior year and thinking how right the author of that book was then about life today. I really hope World, Incorporated doesn't turn out to be another 1984. Great review by the way.

imagination works, I think differently adverse to what the book wants the world to be in the future. What if anytime soon the world will end like tomorrow.

This is how the world is today. There is an immutable lack of scruples to fight for truth. It takes a man with a special will power to challenge corporations which have so much power. Sounds interesting and very realistic
