The name of the book suggested a story of ancient lands and mythical ancient times. On reading your review I was pleasantly surprised to realise that not only is it set far into the future- but the subject of the story is something that everyone would relate too. Imagine a world without technology!! The review and the unusual title have got me interested and I would like to read the book!!

Was looking forward to a fantasy book, got a sci-fi one instead. But I'm quite intrigued to see how the writer tackles the problems regarding the lack of technology in the story. Great job on the review!

One of the character is Willow, he is an ordinary guy in the story but he was able to invent a system Unitime. When Unitime breaks down, will he fix it or not?
Thank for this great review.

Interesting reviews, fascinated and very possible to be real! How can you relate the dragons to your book contents?

This book sounds very intriguing! In a society filled with advanced technology, I’m kind of curious about what’s going on in this book.

Hmm, the writing style sort of makes me think of modernist literature like The Sound and the Fury Seems like it too, had some switching between tenses for each character. It was one of my favorite books in school, so maybe I'd like this one too. Very nice review!

Two days in a row of book-of-the-days about dragons...or "without" dragons as the case may be! LOL I'm hoping with all the characters and "tenses" that the title will be made clear? It sounds interesting no matter what! :)

This is a well-written review of a sci-fi fantasy leveled-up book. True. Technology has its limitations and downsides. And though technology is so powerful it can either make or break you, it is still at the mercy of human intelligence and intervention. We cannot fully be dependent on technology.

When the reviewer mentioned there's humor in the book, I said to myself this is perfect.

A timely piece to read in this technology-ridden world.

Great review.

I've read so many stories about future, that, I'm afraid, I won't find anything new in this one. But those, who like mixture of fantasy and drama about possible future of our planet, would enjoy this novel.
Thank you for the review!

It is quite mind-boggling to consider where we'd be without technology. That's an excellent premise for a story!

Nice review there although this genre is not my liking. Will take a look at the book though

Awesome review! This book seems super interesting - I like the whole theme about a world without technology. The switching of tenses for the different POVs is a unique idea. It'll be fun to see how it all plays out!

A Book Without Dragons by Olivia Berrier is a Sci-Fi and technological book about a police department head and his family and the interim of his family life in an expression of fantasy. A 4 out of 4 stars rating.
