I'm not sure if it helps give us any guidance if this were to actually happen. Still, it's an interesting book to read. Thanks so much for your insightful comments.lavenderbooks20 wrote: ↑24 Aug 2020, 07:01 If one day the world would wake up without technology, I imagine it would be like losing a hand. Given that we’re extremely reliant on the convenience of technology these days, I think it would be difficult to go by our everyday lives without it. The premise seems intriguing so I wonder how this would be executed. Perhaps I would have to read the book myself to find out. Great review!

In this case, the poles actually do switch. So, in a way, north becomes south. I hope you find time to read it. Thanks!

It's an interesting concept to be sure. I just feel that there could have been a few more details here and there. Thanks for your comment.

I'm quite sure I'm not .Would you be resourceful enough to survive?
I agree. We've probably seen it all but not shifting poles. And honestly, I rather skip the dark and detailed descriptions.Though the apocalyptic fiction genre is oversaturated, this book is unique. I've seen the world end by a comet, by a new ice age, by an EMP, and by mass hysteria. The magnetic poles shifting causing radiation? Not so much.
Thank you for your thorough review!

What would you do if you suddenly couldn't use your stove or coffee maker? What if you couldn't simply go to the store to buy food? Would you be resourceful enough to survive?
