Great review! At first I thought it was the first book in a series of books but you clarified that the stories were completed in the end. It sounds like there are a lot of similarities of this fictional world to where we are in America today. Andres creates a vision for me of a smart, clever super hero.

Thanks for the great review! I’ve been a sci-fi/fantasy fan since I was a kid, and as I’ve gotten older I’ve been taken with the ways the genre can be used to explore political issues and metaphysics. Your review makes me think this book has something to say about both.

I absolutely loved this book. I have not read his other book even though it is getting good reviews. Vampires are not my favorite reading. I downloaded the sample from Amazon, so I will give it a try and maybe reconsider reading it.

Creativity at its peak. As I read this review, my mind kept switching to a book called "The Hand Bringer." Masters and Bustards is another great piece of fiction. I like how the author brings the whole world into a small village as per the review. The blending of various characters is quite interesting. Big up for the great review.

I truly do love this book, not just because of the title although that did make me start reading the book. This book was all well written and would recommend to anyone willing to enjoy a good kick.

it seems like the readers must read it carefully for the book.

Look carefully at the reviews above many dilemmas and intrigues contained in the book.

I am really interested in reading it

Granted, this was a lovely book, and i couldn't stop reading until the last page. But unlike you, i didn't feel completely satisfied with the end of the book. I wanted to know more about the way Andreas was going to deal with the circumstances in which he got himself into, i craved for a description of the things he saw, for the things he felt, if at that point he felt something at all. It felt so abruptly cut that it was almost painful for me.

I really like for the first time sci- and fantasy beginning mixed together. I would have like to have know a little bit more on how earth got destroyed . But outside of that it was a great story

The synopsis of the book is quite confusing but I share the sentiments you expressed in your review especially the parts about the twists and turns.

Great review! I also loved the book, and wanted to give it 4 stars were it not for the multiple typos.

Conspiracies!! I like to read stories based on critical conspiracies. Christopher J. Penington is a great author according to me. I’ve read his other books. His selection of words are so well. Surely would like to check this book out.
