I love historical fiction because I get to learn a lot without reading a serious factual book or watching a documentary. Also, it may be fiction but it is always refreshing to see historical events through the eyes of different characters.

I do like historical fiction. I like history but reading a textbook can be pretty boring, so historical fiction is a great way to learn about a certain event or time period while still enjoying a story.

Historical fiction isn't a common genre for me to read. But I really liked the ones I read, is a nice way to learn more about a time period. Though, I really dislike the ones that don't portrait it in an accurate way.

I've read a few historical fictions and they were interesting. But it is not my favorite genre. I'm not quite sure what my favorite genre is: I think any good book will do!
To read or not to read? That's not even a question!

Yay! I love historical fiction. I love reading about the cultures from the older generations and interlacing some of the most important events in history with fiction.
