I totally agree with the initiator of this thread. I felt left wanting, like there were either logical issues or some things left incomplete. Like all the things that been said in the first post. As well as Seamus' involvement with Dermot. As much as he thinks about it quite a bit, it never became clear to me what was it that held him back from walking away? Fear for his life? And what even was so bad about Dermot's plans to warrant such an 'atmosphere of corruption'?
A lot of times I found Hillary's paranoia annoying due to these logic discrepancies.
I'm glad some one has said it :)
