Excellent job on the review, very descriptive with the details. The story sound pretty interesting with sorcerer attacking the queen.and setting a negative course for the kingdom and people. Now with the help from her fairy Godmother , Agatha has to find out a way to help her kingdom flourish again. I wonder what happened to the sorcerer that started this chaos in the first place. I am not sure yet if I will read it to find out, put it is a possibility. Congratulations on BOTD.

Adult fairy tale with a twist to it. Your presentation of the book makes it really inviting to read. The sorcerer; that’s the part that interests me most, how one person can seem to wield so much power. It’s an amazing review in entirety, well done.

Good review. Sometimes a story may not feel right to some readers. However, the author's view and logic are different from those of readers. This can sometimes become a problem among critcs. Some saying the story is good and some disliking it. I liked it.

This is fascinating. Her achievements are striking and very likeable as well. I could never imagine a ruler having children as advisors. Indeed, this is a world of fantasy. Thanks for the review. I need to read this book.

I consider this book more interesting than I thought after going through the review. Considering the fact that a woman can steadfast in politics despite that is mostly the games for men. Really it beats my imagination if politics is only made for women. Nice review dear.

I didn't quite know what to make of this book when I first saw the cover. It looks like a comedy, but then after reading the review, my previous impression dissipated. I love that this book stars a woman of power and the premise is intriguing. Having to find a compatible suitor is hard enough, but I can't imagine the added pressure of trying to do it in record time to break the spell. Thanks for the wonderful review!

I also read this book and agree with you that some characters were unrealistic. Great job on your review.

I like books with female characters who can hold their own. regardless, Agatha's character sounds a little too cliche for my taste. I will pass.

I am quite fascinated with the idea of a combination of an "adult fairy tale" and a political allegory. Your review was very insightful and well written!

A fictional book that transports the reader to another fictional world ruled by a queen. Thanks for the review.
