This sounds like quite a unique and surreal story - those can be hit and miss, but it appears the author encorporated the elements well. I imagine this is a story that one does not easily forget.

Well done on a great review. I am quiet curious to know about Sarah. Loved the plot very much.

My attention was piqued when the reviewer mentioned the relationship between a young teen and her grandfather and their lack of knowledge in general. I also perked up at the mention of mysticism and intrigue. I am not concerned about the weak narration as I prefer reading.

Great review. I actually love audiobooks so this looks like a great choice for me. I am rather picky when it comes to my narrators, but this looks like it not only has a fantastic plot line but also a skilled narrator.

Thanks for a well-written review. I normally listen to audio books as I go about my morning chores or on my way to work so having new material to try is always welcome. I'm glad I stumbled upon this book and I'm intrigued to get a copy after having read what you had to say about it. I was especially struck by this sentence: "The author masterfully captures the essence of a teenage girl, lost in the world, and trying to believe in herself when most others don’t believe in her at all" due to some recent experience.

This book sounds interesting. It sounds like it will keep my attention. I'd rather read it, however, if the narration isn't great. Thanks for including that info in your review.

The book starts strongly. Pulls you right in, you know you want to keep reading. Enjoying it so far.
One can't help feel the perplexion in the adults, and how stuck they are when it comes to dealing with the granddaughter. On the other end, Sarah one empathises with her. Staying with people that she doesn't know. Trying to get her niche. Makes for an entertaining read.

I think I am one of the rare few that have not used audible books. The book sounds amazing and your review makes me want to read it that much more.

Strong Heart by Charlie Sheldom sounds like an interesting native story with mysterious characters. Personally, I don't continue listening to an audio book in which the narrator sounds boring, and for that reason, I would probably choose the paperback in this case. Good review!

Thanks for the detailed review. The story sounds interesting. It is compelling since Sarah was suddenly missing and Tom, her Grandfather, had to do something. Another interesting part is, this two individuals are a family but they are strangers.

Good review. The audible narration is sometimes a hindrance to enjoying a book. I have read the sample and am thoroughly enjoying the story. It definitely caught my interest. Another one on my list to finish.
