By the title, I assumed that it would be an educational book instead it seems to be fiction. I think that the title is clever given the story's contents. I look forward to reading this book.

Today's book of the day is a character-driven novel that features a lot of killings, kidnappings and other crimes. I enjoy reading the review and anticipate an enjoyable experience when I finally pick the book. Congrats on being the #BOTD!

This was an engaging review. I loved reading this sample. This is a book about imperfections and flaws and darkness. I love that the characters are all tainted, because, it makes the novel relatable. Of course, I'd love to read on to see how the different stories play out, but I am most interested in Beth's story, especially after she was left stranded in the Bahamas. I love the versatility of the novel and kudos to the author for today's pick.

Seems quite intriguing. The relationships between the character might feel so weird but are interesting. I'd like to know the purpose of their lives entangling. Thanks for the very descriptive review.

From the review, I would have to pass on the book. Time jumps would be difficult and confusing to follow especially for a character-driven novel filled with complex connections. Congrats on BOTD!

This book seems to be filled with intrigue and mystery. The characters also seem well rounded and intertwined. I’m going to enjoy getting to know Beth and other characters and their roles in complex, plot twisted novel.

John Danenbarger has successfully captured the working of the human nature: full of dark and humane impulses and dispositions. I like that each character was uniquely developed, and the fact that this book was exceptionally well-edited is a plus.

The relationship of Geena Nuss and Joe Tink is intriguing and I’m liking forward to digging into this novel to find out what and how it will pan out. I like mystery and suspense novels and this one seems tone right up my alley.
