The cover page of this book caught my attention first. We are not defined by our past, it seems like an interesting book.

Entanglement sounds like a book of many stories. From the title and the review, I would like to see how these different stories are entangled. Nice review

The book is enjoyable although I came across some new words like, nuanced, swayed, cognac, narcotic smog and susurrus. I rate 3 out of 4. I enjoyed one saying God killed his dog, very interesting thank you.

Stories involving murder intrigue me. What motivates people to kill, whether or not they feel guilty about it, and why, is something I enjoy reading about. Congratulations on BOTD.

This book is intriguing. I especially like that the characters are relatable and each has their story. However, I hope the things you disliked in the book don't affect me too while I read. Good review.

This character driven novel follows the lives of several people and how they interact with each other. The dark pasts of each character seem to be central to the plot. I enjoy character driven novels and therefore I will read this book.

I enjoyed your review, Theresa! "Gritty" sounds like just the right adjective to describe this novel. The storyline sounds like it has many directions involving these characters and how they interact.
