I haven't read the book yet, but I have to honestly say that the face on the cover definitely draws me in. It has a way of catching the eye and burning into the brain. I can't keep it out of my head. I want to read the book now even more after reading the reviews. I wish I had been a member of this site when it was BOTM!

I don't like horror stories so much, make sleeping not sound! I'm not afraid, it's just that I don't like horror stories, especially for this book, the cover is similar to a scream movie and it is certain that this is a scary book!

I must say, the face on the cover made me want to read the book right away.
How did it influence your decision to read/not read the book?
As for me I was caught by both the cover and the title. I'm actually really glad that both were so eye catching. I've yet to read it, but it's in my To read shelf.

Even though I haven't read the book, I can safely say that the cover didn't draw me in. At all. It kind of seems like the cover of a Scream fanfiction, which I am not down for.

The cover made me want to read the book less because I am not a fan of horror stories.

I am definitely not a fan of horror movies. I like more of a psychological thriller sort of movie than gore or scare fests. I just don't see the point. So, for me, the cover instantly made this book a no-go, not interested.

The cover seemed interesting but I don't think it really drew me to read the book. I only decided to read it because of the good reviews it had.

I don't know, even though I have watched some movies in the Scream franchise, I think having the "Ghost Face" on the cover actually made me want to read the book less. It just feels a little unoriginal and like it's trying to ride on the coat-tails of a popular franchise.

That said, I'm not sure what cover style would suit it better. Regardless, it sounds like an intriguing read.

The face on the cover made me want to read the book less. I tend to stay away from horror movies, although I do like horror books. The blending of the two isn't something I enjoy.
Comment on my review and I'll comment on yours. I'm always looking for new books to read!

The cover actually put me off the book! I'm a fan of horror literature generally, but I felt it was a little too on-the-nose and tacky. I think using an iconic image from another horror does a disservice to the writer's own work. But that might be my personal preference speaking.

The ghost face cover makes it appealing and makes one curious to know what's in the book
