Its probably targeted to luggards that drain the life out of the people surrounding them who are getting tired of pulling their (luggards) weight around. Of course no-one is going to agree that they fall into this category whether or not they actually do. But the mood of the book is no nonsense straight talk fit for those who previously have been thinking that all their woes is everyone else's fault.

I think the target audience is those who want improvement in some aspects of their lives (especially career-related ones), yet somehow they are stuck in a loop and unable to change for the betterment due to hesitation and the lack of right plans.
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.

The book may be a way to help people who are willing to change or to have someone point out something that may be keeping them from succeeding in life. I think the author knows that not everyone will like his opinions or how he comes across, but that the information is helpful to all. I do not really know what he means by an overthinker not liking the book. It seems to me that an overthinker may like the book, as they like to think more deeply than what is even described in the book.

It's probably aimed at people who are seeking help because they feel like their life is heading nowhere. Or perhaps it could also be suitable for those who just want something new to happen in their lives. I think the majority who would benefit from this book would be young adults.

I feel everyone needs self-help at one point in our lives. People fail us sometimes all you got is yourself.

I think this book is aimed at those who are willing for or like the idea of change and improvement in their life but do not know how to go about making that change.

The book itself is a sort of self help or improvement, and since anyone can help themselves it really doesn't seems to have a specific age for a target audience. Just anyone who's stuck, and needs a push to get out of their situation.

I don't feel that the author has any specific target audience in mind - selling as many copies as possible, to whoever is willing to buy, is the target for any author. By looking at the title and the time of the book, it seems to appeal more to people who have tried other self-help books and are looking an entirely different approach.

the target audience is anyone who desires a change and requires discipline to accomplish it. it is tough love for people who do not wish to be pampered anymore, the authors personal stories makes it more realistic.

It seems the book is aimed at individuals who are stuck in a situation and not making progress to advance themselves. They could be procrastinating or unmotivated for some other reason. In any case the author wants to shake them loose and help them to move on.

I tend to feel that this book is most appropriate to teenagers who are getting into adulthood.
