The book is aimed at everyone. You may or may not read this book in public. People might see it as a fun title or get offended. Choice and responsibility for your actions will always be on you.

I think calling potential readers "overthinkers" than saying the book won't help them is a good way to turn them off, especially since I fall in that category sometimes. But then again I chose not to take that part too seriously and continued on. Maybe that was the point.

I think the target audience for this book is anyone who wants to change their lives for the better.
