If he was calculating and knew to turn the first camera away, then he must not have seen the second camera. Otherwise, for his safety, he'd have turned it away too.

Either he didnt notice the 2nd camera or in the heat of the moment he just became to distracted to remember.

I agree. He can't have known of the second cameras existence or he would have also tried to obscure the view from this one.

Wow, this is a great question! I think there is a chance he didn't see the second camera since it was behind him. There is also a chance he was trying to make it less suspicious because it couldn't see what he was doing and put together with his "attempt" to save Jeremy, anyone who saw it would assume he was just trying to help.

I feel sure that he did not see the second camera or he would have taken care of that one as well. The hospital was indeed his workplace, however, he was a surgeon so probably spent most of his time in the operating room rather than the actual patient rooms.

I think he was most likely not aware of the second camera.
