Depends on the factors you consider. To me, Marrock was the worst. Absent though it have been, his acts were way more sadistic and cruel.

It was interesting to see the feedback regarding the villains in Apollo's Raven. As the series continues, as most guessed, Marrock will play a major role in subsequent books. But other villains are also on the horizon that will challenge Marcellus and Catrin.

I agree Agrona was much more established compared to Morrack. However, I felt that neither truly filled the role of a great antagonist. While Agrona is clearly the more cunning of the two, Morrack has brute strength and established magical powers (granted we still aren't certain of the extent of these powers.) Together, they make a powerful force to be reckoned with, but already the two are divided. This division, makes their threat to Catrin seem less prominent than it should.

Most definitely Agrona was the main villain.

Agrona was definitely the bigger villain in the novel. Marrock just creeped me out, but Agrona was the real threat. I really hated the scene with Marrock and his pack of wolves. Especially when Marrock had to comment on the wolf in heat. I really really really did not need that scene included.

Rhan and Marrock were the villains, but both were underdeveloped in this book. Hope their characters are explored better in the second book.

Agrona was the main villain in this book, but, I think, in the next books it will be Marrock.

I feel like Agrona/Rahn was definitely the main villain of the novel because she had the most presence throughout the book, but I don't think she'll end up being nearly as much of a threat as Marrock. He had a much more sinister vibe and it seemed like the author was building up towards the end to him being the biggest threat.

I think Marrock was a pawn of Rahn/Agrona. She was certainly the mastermind behind everything. She has waited decades for her curse to come to pass, and Marrock will do her bidding.

I guess it depends on perspective. Each character could be a villain towards another. As for the biggest villain, Marrock seems to be a bit scary.

For me, it was Marrock. Rhan/Agrona is evil and cunning, but Marrock almost sexually assaulted Catrin, who was then a child, and takes very explicit pleasure in sexual dominance and killing, which I felt was much worse than Rhan/Agrona's selective and strategic evil deeds that only served the purpose of following her goal of making her curse come to true.
