I will not read the next book. There seemed to be some disconnects, such as when discussing leaving Marcellus with the barbarians. In chapter 12, his father and the Tribune were going to leave soldiers to hide in the woods to watch over him. In chapter 21 they were trying to figure out how to get soldiers into the area. Why? If they were already there...

I struggled with this in places, and so I doubt I'll be buying the next book. I might look at other books in different settings though.

The second book in the series, "Dagger's Destiny" is available at Amazon for pre-order. I definitely want to read it and see where the author takes this story.

I'll sure read it! Especially because I´m not entirely satisfied with the ending and I´d like to see Catrin as a full-blown warrior, which I think happens in the next installment.

No I will not read the second book as the first one was such a trial to get through. I prefer to enjoy what I read.

I am considering reading the second novel, because I feel that the author has left herself plenty of room to continue to develop the characters (particularly Catrin and Marcellus). I am also intrigued to see how the conflict between Catrin and Marrock will play out.

I will absolutely be reading Daggers Destiny. I've already got it preordered. It will automatically upload on September 26, 2018.

There is no way that I could just walk away and leave it that way. There has to be more for Catrin and Marcellus. Catrin is Apollo's Raven after all.

I am so glad that this was only the beginning of a series. I'm finding it fascinating.

I made sure to stop before the preview. I want to be surprised.

I would love to see Catrin and Agrona butt heads after Catrin learns a little more about her powers.

I would love to read the second book, as the first one incite a lot of interest in me. I feel that the first one always does a lot to the reader, and the second book is never as good as the first one, but it is still worth the read.

I haven't read the first one, as everything I've read about it hasn't excited me very much. Just not my cup of tea, but I can see why people who like that kind of thing are excited about it.
Anyone who says they have only one life to live must not know how to read a book.
